Addressing the Serious Issue of Cheating in Class

Description: We live in an era where copying-and-pasting is the norm and cheating is not considered a serious offense by the student body” (Vilchez & Thirunarayanan, 2011). This statement summarizes many instructors’ frustration with cheating issues in their courses. This session will address how instructors minimize or eliminate cheating on face-to-face and online assignments and tests.
