Description: Five key components of qualitative data collection and analysis will be introduced and considered with this panel discussion. The panel will share how each of the key components has contributed to their research by drawing on their own projects for examples. The following five components of data collection and analysis will be examined: 1) Surveying, 2) Interviewing, 3) Coding, 4) Memoing, and 5) Method of constant comparison. Informal discussion and audience Q&A will follow.
