Description: Based on the nationally renowned Yoga Ed Professional Development Training for classroom teachers and health professionals, Yoga-Based, Mindfulness Tools for the College Classroom combines fundamental yoga techniques in simple 5 – 15 minute activities and sequences that anyone can do to experience immediate results in renewed energy, focus and physical well-being. All activities are designed for traditional classrooms and require no previous experience, extra equipment or space. These techniques require no prior knowledge of yoga and can be done by anyone of any age or body type.
