EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Undergraduate Program

The following information can be used to ensure successful and timely completion of the Early Childhood Education Program.

Course Requirements: Following the suggested sequence of courses enables candidates to complete the program in four years.

Required Assessments: Specific assessments must be passed to enter into the program, to be eligible for student teaching, and to graduate.

Grade Point Requirements: Minimum GPA's are required for pre-early childhood and early childhood education majors.

Background Checks: Background checks must be passed at specific points during the program.

Assessment of Professional Dispositions: Dispositions must be demonstrated to enter and continue in the program.
