The wireless network was designed for educational uses in the classroom; the immediate use would be in conjunction with the wireless laptop cart. This would enable professors to have their classes anywhere and still have access to the Internet. The other use for this network is for fun, students, and staff are encouraged to find new ways to use the wireless network. We want to see what creative uses that people will use it for.
The wireless network's acceptable use falls under the Campus Computing Use Policy and is in agreement with the findings of the Campus Wireless Policy Committee.
