Guidelines
- DPS produces all official Western Illinois University business cards.
- Graduate students must have the approval of their respective departments in order to request business cards.
Procedures
- Complete a business cards order form.
- ECom login required.
- DPS produces business cards in multiples of 24.
- DPS provides proofs in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format via email.
- For those without email access, DPS provides hardcopy proofs and proof cards upon request.
- The clients should carefully review the proof and mark any necessary changes.
- The client may sign off on proofs without changes or with changes as indicated.
- DPS requires a client's explicit approval (via email or signature) before printing begins.
- Client assumes charges for reprinting that results from errors not discovered on an approved proof.
- Allow 3 business days following proof approval (and any other necessary approvals) for delivery.
- Additional charges may apply to requests for delivery in fewer than 3 days.
