Procedure
- In the Address bar of My Network Places, enter the address "\\dps1.wiu.edu\DPS-FileTransfer".
- Click the "Go" button on the right of the Address bar.
- If a dialog appears asking for a user name and password, enter "guest" (without the quotation marks) in the user name field, and leave the password field blank.
- Inside the DPS-FileTransfer folder that appears, customers will find two folders, "DPS-DropBox" and "DPS-PickUpBox".
- As a DPS customer, you can only drop files onto the DPS-DropBox folder.
- You cannot open the DPS-DropBox folder.
- You cannot see the contents of DPS-DropBox folder.
- Likewise, customers can pick up files from DPS-PickUpBox but cannot put files into DPS-PickUpBox.
