Gary Jackson

Gary Jackson has been in the administrative/management field for 25 years, and is a past graduate of the ACI program at Western Illinois University.  Over the years Jackson has become involved in many programs/clubs.  He has been a program development chairperson for the Kenosha Sports Advisory Committee, a Children First program Family Court Moderator, the president of the Family Discoveryâ School, a trainer for Princeton’s Tregoe Advanced Leadership Analytic Process, and a past judge for the Miss America pageant, at both the local and state level.  Along with all of this, he has also been an adjunct faculty member for the College of Lake County, at which his courses include: Family Parenting, Physical Education, Advanced Fitness, Coaching, Advanced Basketball and Business.

When asked of his greatest challenge and accomplishment, Gary stated that is was changing initiatives.  He manages to change what needs to be changed by working with students, parents, teachers, principals, committees, professional associations, and diverse populations.  The main idea and driving force is to use whatever means necessary to include anyone that is affected by the change proposed in order to produce effective and efficient results.
