First Year Experience
Peer Mentors
Serving as a Peer Mentor for an FYE class is a valuable experience for upperclassmen. Peer Mentors have the opportunity to work closely with a faculty member to learn more about the content of a course as well as how to work effectively with students. Furthermore, Peer Mentors have the opportunity to serve as role models for incoming freshmen, providing these students with valuable information about course content and study strategies as well as campus and community life.
