John is the Peer Mentor Coordinator for the 2007-2008 school year. John deals directly with Peer Mentors and oversees their training, involvement and development. When planning and developing co-curricular activities, John is a great resource. John is your FIRST line of contact outside of your faculty member. Please contact him with any and all questions!
Dr. Judith Dallinger: J-Dallinger@wiu.edu
Dr. Dallinger coordinates the First Year Experience program through the Office of the Provost as the Assistant Provost for Undergraduate Studies. Working with all areas of FYE, Judi ensures coordination and collaboration between departments. She supervises the Graduate Assistant Peer Mentor Coordinator and facilitates the FYE steering committee.
Dr. Katrina Daytner: KM-Daytner@wiu.edu
Katrina, a faculty member in the Educational and Interdisciplinary Studies Department, is the Assistant Director of the First Year Experience program. Like Judi, Katrina works with all areas of FYE. She is in charge of the FYE web site as well as the awards process for FYE.

Matt, a faculty member in the Psychology Department, is in charge of the faculty side of the First Year Experience program. To help improve the FYE program, Matt has created faculty workshops and keeps in weekly contact with faculty about upcoming events. Each year Matt has assisted in selection of the summer reading program.

Priscilla coordinates the residence hall portion of the First Year Experience. She is anxious to get Peer Mentors further involved in the residence halls and is a useful resource regarding the transition issues of first year students.
Alicia Wester: AL-Wester@wiu.edu
Alicia is integral to the administration of the program and her office is in Sherman 211. Alicia handles much of the paperwork for Peer Mentors including contracts, updated rosters and anything related to payment.
