Judi coordinates the First Year Experience program through the Office of the Provost as the Associate Provost for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies. Working with all areas of FYE, Judi ensures coordination and collaboration between departments. She supervises the Graduate Assistant Peer Mentor Coordinator and facilitates the FYE steering committee.
Dr. Robert Hironimus-Wendt: RJ-Hironimus-Wendt@wiu.edu
Robert, a faculty member in the Sociology Department, is serving for the 2009-2010 year as the interim FYE Faculty Associate for the First Year Experience program. He works with all areas of FYE, but is specifically in charge of the faculty side of the First Year Experience program. Robert keeps in weekly contact with faculty about upcoming events as well as oversees the awards process for FYE. Robert has taught in the FYE program here at Western Illinois University, and previously served as Faculty Coordinator of the First Year Seminar Program at Millikin University.
Adam Busard: AJ-Busard@wiu.edu
Adam is the Peer Mentor Coordinator for the 2009-2010 school year. Adam deals directly with peer mentors and oversees their training, involvement and development. When planning and developing co-curricular activities, Adam is a great resource.
Alicia Wester: AL-Wester@wiu.edu
Alicia is integral to the administration of the program and her office is in Sherman 211. Alicia handles much of the paperwork for faculty and peer mentors including contracts, updated rosters and anything related to payment.
