Dinner will be served at 5:30 with presentations from students about growing hydroponic vegetables, hospitality and sustainability in food production, the Knoblauch herb garden, and Leatherneck Meats.
The menu will include foods grown and produced by the WIU School of Agriculture as well as local producers.

- Herb roasted pork loin
- Vegetarian stuffed mushroom

Sides - corn casserole, seasonal vegetables, and roll

Tickets cost $25 and proceeds will go towards building an herb garden outside Knoblauch Hall to be utilitzed by the cooperative efforts of Ag and Hospitality students.
