Everyone - FYI, pkk
Apple is continuing our Tune-In Webinar Series for Educators and IT Professionals. The Tune-in Series is a collection of free webinars focused on introducing educators and IT leaders new to Apple to the capabilities of Apple technology in education. In the current series, we’ll focus on a different element of the benefits of mobile devices in and out of the classroom each day of the week, then answer questions from participants.
Join us any weekday through August 27, 2010 for just the topics of interest to you or watch the whole series.
Here are the Tune-in Series topics:
Learn about creating mobile content using some common and perhaps not-so-common tools that are available on the MacBook and iPod touch. Discover ways to use iLife and iWork to create and edit content for mobile devices.
Wednesday: Accessing Mobile Content
In the Accessing Mobile Content session, master different ways to access content on an iPod touch and learn about the accessibility features that are built-in to many of Apple’s mobile devices.
Thursday: Managing Mobile Devices
Learn ways to manage mobile content using collaboration tools and iTunes U as well as the best practices for managing your content on desktop and mobile platforms.
Friday: Integrating Mobile Devices
End your week with our mobile services integration session. Discover how to integrate with standards-based networks, build collaboration services in an Active Directory-integrated environment, and learn best practices for deploying iPods.
