Students and Information Technology Survey

The Council for Instructional Technology just received this survey from our students regarding their use of technology. I haven’t looked over all of it yet, but here are some quick numbers:
98% students have a personal computer
84% have a laptop, 23% have a laptop and desktop

I’m glad to see most of these results. There are lots of results to see. Thanks, Sam for providing it to us. It seems that 98% of the surveyed students already have a laptop. Perhaps the campus is more mobilized that most people think. This conjures other thoughts…
