Early Intervention Provider Payment Updates Effective 08/23/12

On 08/22/12 the Early Intervention Bureau approved the Fiscal Year 2013 portion of the 07/03/2012, 07/11/2012, 07/18/2012, 07/25/2012, 08/01/2012, and 08/08/2012 Vouchers for payment. Due to the changeover from FY2012 to FY2013, the payments listed above are in process, however may take several days to be visible on the DHS and Comptroller websites. Please note, these payments may not arrive all on the same day as usual. It is likely that your payments could be issued and mailed/direct-deposited on different days.

Early Intervention is continuing to work to secure additional revenues in order to process payments. We are not always aware of when these funds may be released to the Early Intervention 502 Revolving Fund. While we understand the impact any delay has on every aspect of the Early Intervention Services System, we are not able to change the way the state process works. Early Intervention receives funding from multiple sources and every effort is made to reduce the impact of the lack of state funds available by utilizing every other source. As funds remain available, payments will be made. Thank you for your support and continued patience.
