Payment Status Update for Early Intervention 502 Revolving Fund 11-25-14

This update is to let everyone know the status of the balance in the 502 Revolving Fund. Early Intervention received a deposit and as soon as it is moved properly into the 502 Revolving Fund on the DHS side, the funds are obligated to pay the September contract payments. That will finish off all September payments.

We are not aware of any other deposits expected this week. We are currently anticipating our next deposit to hopefully be our backlog of reimbursement from Medicaid. Which, once received, will allow us to also receive our reimbursement from Federal Part C funds. We are working closely with the various entities to receive those funds as expeditiously as possible. As soon as funds are received, we will resume payments for EI Providers weekly vouchers and contract payments on an equal schedule.

We value all the important work everyone involved in Early Intervention performs and make every effort to keep funds moving as quickly as possible within our abilities. We appreciate the patience necessary to continue to do this work and will continue to do everything possible to move payments out as quickly as funds are received.

Thank You!
