The following agencies are certified Livescan vendors. Those marked with an asterisk (*) have contacted Provider Connections and agreed to conduct fingerprint-based background checks for Early Intervention providers. Provider Connections does not endorse any service or product provided by a vendor listed here. There may be other qualified vendors in Illinois that have Livescan capabilities to scan and submit the fingerprints of applicants directly to the Illinois State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
