- Beth Finke, author of Long Time, No See offers us her memoirs as an inspiring story for our listeners and the general public. Beth, an individual who has been blind since the age of twenty-six, tells her life story and also writes about what she discovered from the medical professionals while dealing with her unexpected loss of sight. It is hoped that she can serve as a resource for others in similar situations. Ms. Finke is also known as a freelance writer. Her articles have been published in Writer Magazine, the Anchorage Press, The Bark, and Dog Fancy, and she appears as a commentator on National Public Radio’s “Morning Edition.” Her participation with this project will add a unique quality to the list of authors and offer insight for those who hear her program.
