Telecommunication Services is the administrative telephone service for faculty and staff at Western Illinois University. Telecommunication Services is located on the lower level of Sherman Hall, room 22 on the campus of Western Illinois University. Daily hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
