Phone-based Services
For phone support, call 309-298-2704. Please have your ECOM username ready when you call.
The Support Center provides phone-based support for WIU students, faculty, and staff. Via the phone, Support Center staff assist with:
- connection or network issues
- login and password problems
- hardware and supported software questions
- WIU's Zimbra email system
- WIU's distance learning platform (Western Online)
Phone Assistance Hours
- Sunday – Thursday: 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- During Break: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
