The Support Center does support walk-in users in Stipes 126; though, this support is limited due to the number of computers available in this location. Services available for walk-in assitance are:

  • ECom email account creation and password changes
  • STARS password resets
  • Test scoring
  • Scanning
  • E-mail
  • STARS
  • One-on-one assistance with computer software supported by University Technology
  • Virus detection
  • Departmental/organizational web account requests
  • General information handouts
