Caregivers and parents may need flexibility in their work schedules. The options for flexible scheduling vary, depending on the employee’s job category at WIU.

Flexible Scheduling for Faculty:

Unit A faculty

Flexible Scheduling for Civil Service

Work schedules for Civil Service employees are determined within the Department, so accommodations for caregiver needs could be made at the department level. See Civil Service Handbook
