The African American Studies Resource Library is a select collection of resources relating to African and African American history and culture held in the AAS Department. The type of materials held in our collection include:

Students are strongly advised to go to the University Writing Center for help. However some assistance can also be sought from African American Studies (AAS) faculty members or arranged with the department chair. Find out faculty members' office hours or call the department at 309/298-1181 or 298-2298. The AAS Department is student-centered and its top priority is to ensure students' success.
Minority Internship Program (Five University Consortium)
