Human Resource Management improves the fit between individuals and organizations. At WIU, students in Human Resource Management gain the tools and talent to apply techniques in compensation, staffing, training, and other human resources systems to improve employee performance, retention, and satisfaction.

The Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management at WIU focuses on developing the professional skills needed for a successful career in human resource management for service or production organizations.
