Other Chapter Activities

Pancake Breakfast

Each semester the CFFA and Ag Ed Club work together to put on a pancake breakfast in Knoblauch from 7:00-11:00 a.m. This is open to all WIU students, faculty, and staff to attend. The money raised is used to allow the CFFA to put on CDE's for high school FFA students.

Angel Tree

At Christmas time the CFFA and other organizations of the School of Agriculture donate money and go shopping for children in need.

Project Linus

The chapter makes a blanket before Christmas to be donated to a child that is either sick, traumatized, or otherwise in need.

Ag Olympics

In April the CFFA hosts the Annual Ag Olympic competition. All student organizations of WIU's School of Agriculture participate. the activities include: pie eating, hay bail throwing, egg toss, human wheelbarrow, etc.
