Hotel/Guest Room Reservations

Individuals will be expected to secure their own reservations by telephoning a local hotel directly (do not make reservations over the internet). For conference rates, be sure to indicate ALA 2008. Special discounted room rates have been negotiated for reservations made prior to March 31, 2008. A major credit card will be required to hold your reservation. Payment upon arrival must be with a major credit card, traveler’s checks, or cash (US currency) only. No checks are accepted.

All local hotels have on-site guest coin laundry. Most offer business services such as copies and faxes for a nominal fee. All accept working dogs, but only those indicated accept pets, with a charge applied. Hotels are listed in order of closeness to the University
