Family Weekend 2009
 The University Union Board welcomes you to attend Family Weekend 2009 to be held the weekend of October 2-4! This year’s theme is “Groovin’ with Rocky”.
The preliminary schedule of activities currently includes: Friday night, at 7:30 p.m. in Western Hall, the Bureau of Cultural Affairs sponsors comedians Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood of “Whose Line Is It Anyway” fame. Tickets are on sale now!. Call Hainline Box Office at 309-298-2900.
 Saturday morning offers the annual Golf Scramble at Harry Mussato Golf Course. If your skills are not “up to par”, play the miniature golf course at Ball Four located west of Macomb! On campus, there will be a trivia competition and an afternoon carnival beginning at 3 p.m. with inflatable’s for active types, caricature artists, and music and novelties for everybody else! Attend the big tent President’s picnic located next to the carnival from 3- 6 p.m. before the Game against the Southern Illinois Saluki’s. Early Sunday morning in the Union Grand Ballroom there will be breakfast with Rocky- bring your camera for some great casual family shots with Western’s mascot and entertainment by talented Western students! Registration is highly encouraged for all Family Weekend events. There will be limited walk up access to events. Securing room accommodations early is also highly recommended. There will be a $5 registration fee for the weekend’s events.
