New York Community Theatre Trip with President Al Goldfarb | WIU Welcomes Both New Exchange Students and Returning Students

New York Community Theatre Trip with President Al Goldfarb

This summer, alumni and community members will join President Al Goldfarb on a trip through New York City. This is the 8th consecutive year Dr. Goldfarb has led a group through places such as Little Italy, Chinatown and Harlem as well as spending time at famous landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, Ground Zero, and other major sites. Participants will also have the chance to see several theatre productions, both Broadway and off-Broadway. 

The summer of 2011 New York Community Theatre Trip will be the last trip Dr. Goldfarb will lead through New York City. If you are interested in learning more about the New York Community Theatre Trip for next summer, please contact Kim McDaniel by calling 309-298-2504 or by

WIU Welcomes Both New Exchange Students and Returning Students

The Office of Study Abroad welcomed four new exchange students to WIU this semester. These students came from Switzerland, The Netherlands, Mexico and Australia. We would also like to welcome back all of our students who spent the fall semester abroad. We hope each of your study abroad experiences were positive and filled you with a lifetime of memories.
