Student Assistant Reunion Gala

University Libraries is hosting a Student Assistant Reunion Gala on Saturday, October 17 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. during WIU's Homecoming weekend.

This is for all former student library workers, current student library workers, current and former staff and faculty. Refreshments will be available.

University Libraries student assistants are one of the largest groups of student employees on campus. The library depends on their services to re-shelf books, assist patrons, check-out books and help the library run smoothly and efficiently.

Game Night Set for November 5

Come to the Malpass Library for Game Nite! The 2009-2010 Game Nite series concludes Thursday, November 5, from 7:00-10:00 p.m. on the third level of the Leslie F. Malpass Library.

Game Nite, the popular evening of brainy fun, will feature Wii, Xbox, and LAN gaming as well as traditional board and card games such as chess, Magic: The Gathering, and whatever we have or you care to bring. Game Nite is free and open to the public.
