Edwards named assistant director of alumni programs

Judy EdwardsJudy Edwards ‘96 has been named assistant director of Alumni Programs.

Prior to her appointment, Edwards had served as a secretary for Alumni Programs since 1998. She began working at Western in 1989 in student activities.

“Judy's experience over the past 10 years with alumni programs will serve the more than 100,000 alumni around the world well,” said Amy Spelman MS ‘98, director of Alumni Programs. “She is a tremendous asset to our team, and she continually works to enhance our outstanding program.”

As assistant director, Edwards is responsible for planning and organizing various alumni-related events and activities, coordinating Alumni Council meetings and creating marketing materials and other publications to promote alumni programs.
