An Artist's View of Her Life: Traces of American and Polish Culture

A Gallery Talk by Marie Dutka: Wednesday, August 29, noon.

An international printmaking portfolio exchange between nine American artists, largely of Polish descent, and eight Polish artists. The artists were participants in printmaking workshops at The Academy of Fine Art at Krakow, Poland. This exhibition was organized by Marie Dutka and supported by grants from Artslink, a program of the Citizens Exchange Council - International Partners, and an Illinois Wesleyan University Faculty Development Grant.

For the Gallery Talk, Artist Marie Dutka presents a slide program about her printmaking workshop experiences at Atelier 17 in Paris, France, Tamarind at Albuquerque, New Mexico and The Academy of Fine Art, Krakow, Poland.
