Artist's Statement:
I once heard it said, that as artists we can not create anything; we merely reflect what has already been created. My work conforms to this ideal. Images, experiences, and concepts are absorbed, processed and reflected through various media. Each piece then becomes a glimpse into my own personality and ideology. These ideas are best conveyed through figurative imagery, giving the viewers first something to identify with, and then they can begin an analytical or reflective process for themselves.

I enjoy exploring the importance of common items, seemingly insignificant to our lives. It is often these overlooked things that hold our lives together.
