Soto April 15 - April 18, 2008 Artist's Presentation: Tuesday, April 15, 11 a.m. Public Reception: Tuesday, April 15, 6-8 p.m. Notions of the Past, Present, and Future My work focuses primarily on my heritage, my generation, previous generations and my own personal stories. I hope that my work tells a personal story that can illustrate a larger picture. I believe that it is important to learn from history in order to better understand the present and future.
	Kyla Cox April 21 - April 25, 2008 Artist's Presentation: Tuesday, April 22, 11 a.m. Public Reception: Tuesday, April 22 , 6-8 p.m. Recent Works I create threatening situations through art in an attempt to challenge the viewer’s personal boundaries. The fear associated with an object or idea is addressed through a variety of prints, metalwork, and sculpture.

I am constantly searching for new ways to construct visually interesting surfaces and textures in my work.
