This exhibition presents watercolors by former students of Bruce Bobick, former faculty member in the Department of Art.  The exhibit features watercolors by winners of the highly coveted “Purple Max,” Bobick’s special award presented to students showing exceptional merit, represented by a cast pewter watercolor tube trophy.  He taught at Western Illinois University from 1968 to 1976.

These exhibitions are part of the year-long celebration of the 40th anniversary of the College of Fine Arts and Communication.
