Eleven area artists participated in the Art 'N' Alley
project (subsequently retitled as Alley Gallery I), in which artworks were permanently
installed on walls and windows in an alley. The alley intersects with
Second Avenue near the Quad City Arts Center. These works are, perhaps, best
viewed at night when the wall pieces are brightly lit and the windows are lighted.
