These terra cotta patterns and figures were designed by Rudolph Sandberg and produced by the Midland Terra Cotta Company of Chicago. The Art Deco building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1980. It was designed by the local architectural film of Cervin & Horn and the Chicago firm of brawn & Ermlin in 1919-20.
