Located in the Floraciente Neighborhood, this project was sponsored by the Family Museum of Arts & Science's Street Heat Program, which has supported summer projects throughout the Quad-City area. Its imagery includes an eagle (which represents Latino culture) and lightning bolts (symbolizing community power). In addition to the two instructors, Chuck Knudsen and Jim Richardson, the sculpture was created by Carlos Barbosa, Israel Escamilla, Jesus Gonzales, Dan Guerrero, Eric Hedman and Adam Jauregul.
