There are many scholarships available to students. These scholarships listed below are specific to the BOT/BA degree program, but there are many others available.

History
One of the most important measures of an institution is the success of its alumni. Nearly 7,000 people living across the United States and throughout the world are proud to trace their academic roots to Western Illinois University’s Board of Trustees Bachelor of Arts Degree Program. Each year BOT/BA alumni donate to provide current BOT/BA students with the necessary assistance that will aid them to receiving their degrees.

To apply for this scholarship students must be:

Recipients will be selected by the School of Extended Studies Alumni Scholarship Committee.

Scholarships will be awarded in the amount of $1000
Recipients will be selected by the director of the Board of Trustees Bachelor of Arts degree program, with final approval from the director of University Scholarship Activities.
Financial need is not a consideration. The scholarship can be awarded to any student in their first year at WIU with the BOT/BA program.
