Billing and Receivables is located in Sherman Hall 103 and 106.

Billing Information

The student receivables office brings the major University charges and credits into one account. The Billing and Receivables Office will compile the latest information from the major University offices (i.e. Financial Aid, Registrar's and University Housing and Dining) and prepare the monthly billing statement.

Federal Perkins Loan Program

The Federal Perkins Loan office at WIU is located in Sherman Hall 103. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8am-noon and 1pm-4:30pm.

College Illinois! (Prepaid Tuition Program)

College Illinois! is the Illinois state-sponsored 529 Prepaid tuition Program which helps families fund future college costs with tax benefits granted by Section 529 of the IRS Code.
