Office Hours    


I will hold "virtual" office hours on Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11 am - 1 pm.,  

  and Thursday 12-2 pm C.S.T. During "virtual" office hours, you can reach me

  using the chat function in Western Online I would like to limit 8 students during

  each office hour session.

  For students who want to use Skype audio or video chat, you must request

  (E-mail) at least two days earlier. Email is the best and fastest way to reach me.

  You can always E-mail me for any questions. Typically I will respond within 24

    Dr. Guan has wide ranging research interests in forensic, environmental, and analytical chemistry, especially

    in analytical method development and validation using chromatography and mass spectrometry. Her recent

    research has focused on sample preparation and analysis of drugs of abuse, pharmaceuticals, pesticides,

    gunshot  residue, explosives, food adulterants, and toxins.
