Reserve Equipment and Electronic Classrooms

Electronic classrooms must be reserved using Google Calendar by the department's main office.

Department Classroom Scheduling Instructions

  1. First, log on to Google Calendar
  2. Click a time in your calendar, and then click Edit event.
  3. On the right side of the event where you add guests, click the Rooms, etc. link.
  4. Scroll through the list of resources to find the one you want.
  5. Click Add next to the desired resource.
  6. Complete the remaining details for the event (event title, guests, description, etc.  
  7. Review all information, and click Save .
  8. Your reservation will be visible on your personal Google calendar and on the web page that corresponds to the room you reserved. View the list of electronic classroom web pages below.
