Dr. Woell's Student Wins Writing Award

Rachel DeSotel, a senior Agriculture major from Nauvoo, won the 2009-2010 WIU Centennial Honors College's Writing Prize Award for the paper she wrote on "Perceptions of Children in the Encyclopedia: An Evaluation of Rousseauian and Lockean Concepts" that she wrote for Dr. Edward Woell's Fall 2009 General Honors 301 humanities seminar on "The Enlightenment."
