Building Strong Leaders and Advocates for a Diverse Tomorrow

Our students strengthen their understanding of our collective history, public policies, cultural differences, creating opportunities for engagement, and acquiring excellent skills for facilitating deeper communication between individuals and groups. A strong major Women's Studies is also an excellent complement to many programs of study in such diverse fields as nursing, political science, law enforcement, social work, psychology, counseling, non-profit administration, and human relations.
