Building on nearly four decades of success in offering executive and professional development from the WIU-Macomb campus, the WIU-Quad Cities Executive Studies Center (QCESC) was created in 2005 by the College of Business & Technology as a major outreach initially serving the bi-state Quad Cities and immediate surrounding areas.

Strategically located at the crossroads of America in the mid-Mississippi River valley between Illinois and Iowa, the QCESC is ideally situated and equipped to develop and deliver high-quality, value-adding management and professional development programs and services to a metropolitan area of nearly 400,000 people.
