About

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow: For nearly four decades WIU had offered executive and professional development programs from the Macomb campus. In 2005 the WIU-Quad Cities Executive Studies Center (QCESC) was created by the College of Business & Technology as an outreach to meet the needs of the greater Quad Cities area and beyond.

Today the QCESC is poised to expand its programs and services as WIU's presence in the Quad Cities continues to grow. Our strategic location (on the Mississippi River between Illinois and Iowa in the largest metropolitan area between Chicago and Des Moines and Minneapolis and St. Louis) is ideally suited to assemble first class professional development programs with world class educators while maintaining the convenience and accessibility of a smaller community.

WIU's new river front campus will provide an ideal setting to further expand our programs in a beautiful state of the art facility.

Mission

The mission of the Quad Cities Executive Studies Center is to provide individuals with innovative and flexible learning opportunities that will enhance their careers and the value and performance of their organizations.

Vision

The vision of the Quad Cities Executive Studies Center is to become a recognized leader in management and professional development.
