Incoming Freshman Scholarships:
Sherman Honors Scholarship (competitive)
Award: $1000/single year
Criteria: Entering Freshman, all majors
ACT 26 and above and rank in the upper 15% of high school graduating class
Accepted into the Centennial Honors College

Ernest J. Codilis Jr. Pre-Law Scholarship
Award:$5000
Criteria: See attached PDF
Deadline: March 24, 2011

Sophomore, Junior, Senior Honors Scholarships (competitive)
Award: $600/single year
Criteria: See attached .doc file
Good standing in the Centennial Honors College
Appropriate class standing in the fall semester following application
At least one semester at WIU
Full-time student
Demonstrated commitment to graduating as an Honor Scholar
Deadline: April 2, 2012

Keith Webb Memorial Scholarship (competitive)
Award: $500-$1000 awarded annually; non-renewable
Criteria: Minor in pre-law
Have a 3.4 or higher cumulative grade point average
Be in good judicial standing
Demonstrate strong potential for career in law

Paul M. Nollen Honors Biology Scholarship (competitive)
Award: $1000
Criteria: Good standing in the Centennial Honors College
Contact: Department of Biology for additional criteria
Honors Research Grant
Award: Not to exceed $200/once per academic year
Criteria: Good standing in the Centennial Honors College
Demonstrated progress toward the completion of honors requirements
Students must have a departmentally approved research project with
a faculty research advisor and faculty research committee where relevant

Martin Dupuis Leadership Award for Historically Under Represented Communities
Award: $1000
Criteria: Must be a member of a historically under-represented community.
Excellence in leadership and scholarship
Good standing in the Honors College
