The Office of Equal Opportunity & Access reports to the President of the University and has responsibility for the implementation of all Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity policies and programs, and administers the University's Anti-Harassment Policy.
The Center for International Studies at Western Illinois University forms the primary contact for international programs and represents the University on international matters to external agencies and institutions.
The WIU Libraries are comprised of the main Leslie F. Malpass Library, the Music Library, the Physical Sciences Library, the Curriculum Library, and the WIU-Quad Cities Library (Moline, Illinois). WIU Libraries' collections rank in the top 10 nationally among universities without a doctoral degree curriculum.

The mission of the University Committee on Sexual Orientation, to the greatest extent possible, is to eliminate acts of homophobia and heterosexism by the faculty, staff and students of Western Illinois University.
The Women's Center's mission is to promote gender equality through education, support and advocacy. The Center responds to issues affecting the status of female students, faculty and staff on campus, as well as women in the community and in society.
