Software

A limited number of copies of specialized software is now available for faculty use through the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Research. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Softchalk - Softchalk allows the user to create interactive online lessons. You can quickly add audio and video, add interactive self-check questions and learning games and activities. Learn more at http://www.softchalk.com. Available in the Faculty Lounge (Malpass Library fifth floor) or for short-term check out on a CITR laptop.
• NVivo - Nvivo, formally NUDIST is considered one of the most prestigious qualitative research tools available. Import and transcribe your work, then run queries on the state of the art search engine. Additional information can be found at http://www.qsrinternational.com/products_nvivo.aspx. Available for short-term check out on a CITR laptop.
• Snap Surveys - Snap survey software can be used to create and administer online and paper-based surveys. Find out more about Snap Surveys at http://www.snapsurveys.com/.Available for short-term check out on a CITR laptop.
