Description: Grant Writing 101. This four-part series on grant writing will result in a knowledge base sufficient to submit state, national, and foundation-level proposals for funding. With a career total of over 2 million dollars in competitive grants, Donna will share ideas, tips, and basic grant writing knowledge. Working in a unique genre, participants will leave with increased confidence in their ability to competitively write for needed research and teaching dollars. Taken as an entire series or as individual sections that you feel need strengthened, the time will be well spent. Upon completion of the entire series, participants will receive a certificate of completion. This session focuses on writing a comprehensive program evaluation or accountability piece for your proposal. Current funders want to know that their dollars are being invested wisely. What evidence will you offer them in your proposal that your project would be a wise investment for them to make?
