On Aug. 6 at 6:54 p.m. Brandi M. Mounia of 511 W. Pierce Street, Apt. 212, was arrested in the East Village parking lot for domestic battery, interfering with the report of domestic battery and for a valid McDonough County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
