On Aug. 22 at 9:37 p.m. one student in the 500 block of North Charles Street was judicially referred for open alcohol in public.

On Aug. 22 at 10:38 p.m. one student in the 900 block of Stadium Drive was judicially referred for fighting.

On Aug. 23 at 12:06 a.m. Matthew Racky, 20, of 1301 Riverview Dr., was arrested near the Murray Street and Western Avenue intersections for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Sept. 29 court date.

On Aug. 23 at 12:58 a.m. two students in Q-Lot were judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Aug. 23 at 1:15 a.m. nonstudent Christopher Shinneman, 21, of Stonington (IL), was arrested in the 600 block of West Adams Street for open alcohol in public. He was assigned a Sept. 29 court date.

On Aug. 23 at 1:26 a.m. nonstudent Jeremy Lehman, 21, of Freeport (IL), was arrested near the Adams and Charles streets intersection for open alcohol in public. He was assigned a
Sept. 29 court date.

On Aug. 23 at 1:34 a.m. nonstudent Samuel Geise, 18, of Quincy (IL), was arrested in the 500 block of West Adams Street for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Sept. 29 court date.

On Aug. 23 at 1:58 a.m. Raymond Kappel, 20, of 422 W. Pierce St., was arrested in the 500 block of North Charles Street for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Sept. 29 court date.

On Aug. 23 at 2:43 a.m. a University employee reported that a University-owned tent, which was set up in the campus mall area near Morgan Hall, had been knocked to the ground and damaged. A damage estimate was not available.
